Latest news.

I am Retired! I was tired yesterday I am tired today and I'll be retired tomorrow.
I have been an internet surfer for many years. I've taught at El Camino Real HS September 2003 until June 2009. I taught mathematics at the Valley Alternative Magnet School a K - 12 school with 560 kids for 23 and a half years. I was teaching it at El Camino Real HS a school with over 3500 kids, a California distinguished school. It is much closer to my house. We traveled to Peru this summer and had a real great time . I was the NCTM bookstore and CMC South November 5-6, in Palm Springs. I'll be holding down the NCTM materials booth for thr next few years. Looking for part time teaching position. I have been taking tons of pictures of all types of activities. Note of interest my Ipod now Iphone is used for music, college lectures, and books on tape. I took over 10000 pictures used my Hackintosh to store the pictures of the Africa trip. Since Africa we have been to Amsterdam, Brugge, Prague and the Czeck Republic 7000 pictures. We have also traveled to New Zealand 5000 pictures and Costa Rica 4500 pictures. I am working to get my site up in the near future. Thanks to my son for all his help getting the site back up. Opus, my server is now on steriods and needed a new fan.

Where did I get my Bookmarks and how do I share them?

• I learned how to use the search engines. My favorite - Google, Ask Jeeves now Ask, Excite, Alta Vista, and Yahoo. "Sink or Swim" on the net.
• I just came across many good sites and made a bookmark.
• I found someone elses list and book marked their site. This is the most fun because you never know where you will end up. Google teacher hotlists, bookmarks and links.
• I take my interests and pursue information like a bloodhound. You become a lateral thinker when you work past the 4 or 5 pages of links you are researching.
• I import other peoples bookmarks. You can find the good ones under other bookmarks.
• I spent many happy hours surfing the net.
• I get lots of recommendations and I pass them on. I attend many coferences and always get neat stuff.
• I constantly maintain this site using BBEdit 10.1.1 The table maker is to die for.
